Senior Accounting & Reporting Specialist

Overview In this role you will strengthen the financial close and reporting for Richemont Group entities in Italy and Greece, ensuring IFRS and Italian GAAP compliance. You will partner with auditors and cross-functional teams to drive process improvements and harmonize practices across the Group. You will work on monthly reporting, statutory statements, and asset accounting while supporting strategic initiatives to speed closing timelines. This is an opportunity to shape standardized workflows in a high-precision, performance-driven environment.

Responsabilità

Support monthly reporting packages in line with Group Principles and IFRS Assist statutory financial statements preparation Manage internal control activities on reporting Coordinate with internal and external auditors Monitor intercompany reconciliations for reporting Perform general and controlling accounting reconciliations Support fixed asset and intangible asset accounting (capex, depreciation, master data) Contribute to design and implementation of Group Closing Checklists and standardized workflows Participate in workshops and analyses to map current and future processes Support harmonization of accounting and reporting across Group entities Engage in ad-hoc projects and provide improvement recommendations

Requisiti fondamentali

Degree in Economics or Business Administration 5+ years in General Accounting and/or Controlling with audit background Experience in manufacturing/production environments a plus Fluent in Italian and English Excellent Microsoft Office proficiency SAP knowledge a plus Familiarity with process automation tools or project management software a plus Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Proactive, highly organized, and able to handle multiple priorities IFRS Italian GAAP General accounting and controlling processes
