Senior Delivery Manager - Orphoz

Overview In this role you lead and deliver complex business transformations for clients, including digital and AI transformations, to deliver bottom-line results. You partner with senior leadership, coach cross-functional teams, and drive sustained change through practical solutions. The position sits within Orphoz, a McKinsey Transformation unit focused on execution and value creation. Responsabilità

Lead and deliver complex transformation programs (digital, AI, operational excellence, restructuring) for clients Partner with senior client leadership to build capabilities, governance, and processes Coach and motivate multidisciplinary teams to drive execution and measurable impact Act as a subject-matter expert combining hands-on experience with problem-solving to translate insights into actions Lead Orphoz project teams and collaborate with McKinsey strategy teams Deliver transformation programs from planning through delivery and sustained impact

Requisiti fondamentali

Master’s degree with strong academic record 8+ years in project delivery, project management/PMO, preferably in consulting Proven people leadership and team development experience Strong problem-solving abilities and entrepreneurially driven Experience in business change, transformation/TO, and operational excellence Knowledge of project management tools and methods (MS Project, Prince2, Agile) Functional exposure to AI-related solutions; industry experience in Consumer/Retail, Advanced Industries, or mid-sized enterprises Willingness to travel on client sites (Mon–Thu) Fluent Italian and English Track record of delivering measurable client impact leadership and coaching resilience and adaptability collaboration across cross-functional teams MS Project Prince2 Agile
