Within the Aircraft Technologies & Systems Unit, we are looking for a Flight Control Systems Analyst and Designer for our Turin office.

The resource will carry out all the activities within the competence of the Vehicle Management System & UCS EFA Unit, for aspects related to the definition, design, analysis, testing and Qualification/Certification of Vehicle Management Systems.

Specifically, the resource will:

- Acquire basic knowledge of relevant military and civil regulations for the definition, design and development of flight control systems;

- Define system and equipment specifications;

- Manage/coordinate system and equipment suppliers;

- Review/comment/reject or accept documentation released by suppliers;

- Define test requirements;

- Execute tests on the Rig (engineering and formal) and analyze results;

- Prepare technical documentation for certification/qualification (MOE);

- Contribute to the analysis of in-service problems;

- Support other company departments (safety, airworthiness, technical publications, production departments, etc.).

Educational Qualification: Master's degree in Aeronautical/Aerospace Engineering (systems specialization preferred)

Seniority: Junior

Technical knowledge and skills:

- Competence in systems and aeronautical fields;

- Knowledge of System Modeling Language (SysML);

- Basic knowledge of aeronautical standards;

- Theoretical knowledge of flight control systems and their design.

Behavioral skills:

- Proactive person, with the ability to interface with other company figures and potentially foreign clients;

- Debugging and problem-solving skills;

- Ability to work in international teams.

Language skills:

Good knowledge of written and spoken English

IT knowledge:

- Microsoft Office (intermediate level);

- Matlab for data analysis (experience required, even minimal at study level);

- Simulink for the development of control systems (experience required, even minimal at study level);

- IBM Rational DOORS + DXL;

- C# programming.

Other:

Availability for national and international travel.
