Innovation, continuous research, digitalization, and sustainability are the pillars of its business worldwide.Within the Trainers Chief Engineering Area, we are looking for a **Chief Engineer** for our Venegono Superiore (VA) office.**The resource will primarily be responsible for**:* managing project requirements during their definition phases based on the contract and applicable regulations, development, flow down to systems and subsystems, transfer to suppliers through development specifications, and management of qualification evidence; * coordinating aircraft qualification certification activities in close contact with the engineering bodies involved;
the activity will involve continuous discussion with civil and military authorities; * managing the activities of defining/developing aircraft configurations foreseen for the various Clients by coordinating the activities of identifying the required RMAs, compiling the RMAs by the engineering bodies involved, presenting the RMAs to the program CCBs, monitoring the RMA revision activity, and up to their closure at the end of qualification/certification activities; * monitoring the progress of the development activities of general and avionics systems of responsibility by the Engineering bodies and with the involvement of external suppliers, with the aim of ensuring compliance with technical requirements and the integrated planning of Trainers programs.**Education**: Master's degree in Aeronautical Engineering**Seniority**: Expert/Senior**Technical skills:*** Configuration Management* Knowledge of Aeronautical Qualification and Certification regulations* Project Management Techniques**Behavioral skills:*** Ability to work in a team* Communication and relationship skills* Organizational and coordination skills* Planning skills* Problem solving and results orientation**Language skills:**Good knowledge of written and spoken English (at least B2)**Computer skills:*** DOORS (preferable)* Office Tools**Other:**Availability for national and international travel._By working with us, you will constantly face the challenges of high technology, increase your skills, and build a professional path of excellence._**Seniority:**Expert**Primary Location:**IT - Venegono Superiore**Contract Type:**Permanent**Hybrid Working:**Hybrid
