Innovation, continuous research, digitalization, and sustainability are the pillars of its business worldwide.Within the **Industrial Engineering** unit, we are looking for a **Methodologist (sheet metal, mechanical, composites)** for our Venegono Superiore office.The main activities to be carried out are:* Management and development of assigned Workpackages (internal/external realization); * Elaboration of Technical Documents (cycles, specifications, procedures); * Ability to estimate recurring activities (hours, materials) and non-recurring activities (tools); * Elaboration of a preliminary material requirement for the realization of the assigned activity; * Ability to interact with Divisional Bodies/Functions and Suppliers.**Education:**Bachelor's degree in Mechanical or Aeronautical Engineering / Higher technical diploma in Aeronautics or Mechanics.**Seniority:** Expert**Technical knowledge and skills:**Ability to manage a Workpackage (also external subcontracted) in the following phases:* Definition/study of the processes, machinery, and equipment necessary to obtain the part (method); * Definition/management of product configuration (manufacturing bill of materials); * Drafting of Technical specifications for the externalization (offload) of activities inherent to the fabrication of elementary parts obtained through chip removal; * Technical evaluationof offers during a tender; * Technical Surveys atthe Supplier(s); * Knowledge/reading oftechnical drawings; * Knowledge of Internal LND Standards (Optional); * Knowledge of External Standards: e.G., UNI EN ISO 9001, AS/EN9100, 2006/42/CE; * Knowledge of the main processes and related machinery used for chip removal activities; * Knowledge of machinetools used in chip removal processes and their specific peculiarities of use; * Knowledge of the main processes and related machinery used for cold plastic deformation of sheet metal; * Knowledge of the main processes and related machinery used in the processing of carbon fiber reinforced polymers (manual and automatic stratification via AFP); * Basic knowledge of cutting tools used during processing; * Basic knowledge for creating a numerical control program for managing a machine tool; * Knowledge of heat and surface treatments applied in the chip removal process and in the cold plastic deformation of sheet metal.* Knowledge of principles/systems for quality control in production; * Knowledge of industrial analysis principles, main planning techniques, and configuration control.**Behavioral competencies:*** Mitigation capacity; * Flexibility;*Creativity; * Ability to improve and contribute to the improvement of the team; * Particular sensitivity to costs and ability to analyze and synthesize.**Language skills:**Good written and spoken English.**IT knowledge:*** Catia V5; * Microsoft Office (Word;
