As Director Food & Beverage you will be the strategic leader of the property's culinary operations, aligning Restaurants/Bars, In Room Dining and Banquets with Marriott Luxury Collection standards. You will develop and implement departmental strategies, drive brand initiatives, and focus on revenue growth and financial performance. You’ll work with the Executive Committee to ensure exceptional service and profitability, shaping the guest experience at a landmark luxury hotel. This role offers scope to influence guest satisfaction and operational excellence in a prestigious setting.

• Lead and align the F&B leadership team with the brand's service strategy
• Oversee Restaurants/Bars, In Room Dining and Banquets/Events
• Develop property-wide strategies to meet brand and guest needs and drive ROI
• Manage F&B budget, monitor revenue against targets, and optimize profit margins
• Recommend CAPEX for equipment and renovations in line with brand strategy
• Foster a culture of quality, accountability, and continuous improvement
• Coach and develop team members, identify development needs, and succession planning
• Monitor guest feedback, KPIs and quality metrics to drive service excellence
• Communicate with executives and peers on progress and issues
• Ensure cash and liquor controls policies are understood and followed
• Drive service initiatives and implement performance improvement plans

Responsabilità

• Regular work permit
• Fluent Italian and English;
  French a plus
• Experience in 5* luxury hotels;
  familiarity with Marriott standards and policies
• Previous managerial experience with team leadership, motivation, and development
• Strong financial acumen and budget management capabilitiesStrategic thinking with proactive, solution-oriented approach
• Ability to foster a culture of quality, accountability, and attention to detail
• Track record of driving continuous improvement and service excellence initiatives
• Strong analytical skills to interpret guest feedback, KPIs and quality metrics
