We are hiring for the Electrical Superintendent role. The Electrical Superintendent is responsible for organizing and supervising electrical commissioning, start-up, and maintenance activities, ensuring full compliance with HSE regulations.
Responsibilities- Organize and supervise electrical commissioning, start-up, and maintenance activities.
- Ensure full compliance with HSE regulations.
- Assist in managing the physical plant including equipment, refrigeration, HVAC, plumbing, water treatment, electrical and life safety systems.
- Maintain and operate equipment at optimum effectiveness, efficiency and safety.
- At least one year of experience in building maintenance.
- Technical expertise in electrical and HVAC systems.
- Fluent in Italian.
