Responsibilities
Our job is not just to serve food at the table for guests to enjoy until they request the bill. We also aim to create a memorable and unique experience with food and drink. Guest Service Experts take the initiative to offer a range of services that ensure the guest enjoys the experience. This includes setting tables, assisting in the kitchen, cleaning work areas, restocking supplies, and more. Every task is part of the guest experience.
All staff must create a safe workspace, follow company policies, maintain quality standards, and present a professional appearance and communication style. Guest Service Experts are always on the move, standing, sitting, walking for long periods, navigating uneven surfaces, and handling tasks such as moving, lifting, carrying, pushing, and placing objects under 50 lbs without help. They must reach high places, bend, twist and perform other physical movements required to satisfy guests and keep the hotel running efficiently.
Desired Qualifications
Education: Secondary degree or equivalent certificate from a General Educational Development program (GED).
Preferred experience in food service environments.
No prior supervisory experience required.
No license or certification required.
