Lettings Negotiator / Senior / Associate

Location: Little Venice

Hours: Monday - Friday 8:30am - 6pm (1 in 3 Saturdays 10am - 4pm)

Competitive Salary: £18,000 - £22,000 basic salary, with additional earning potential through a highly lucrative commission scheme

Travel or Car Allowance: Depending on your role, you will enjoy either a travel allowance (£2,500 PA) or a car allowance (£5,000 PA) to support your daily commute

We are recruiting for an exceptional Lettings Negotiator to join our team. The successful candidate will work to exceptionally high standards and take pride in their success, as well as that of their team and the company as a whole.

• Registering interest and arranging viewings: connect potential tenants with their perfect property
• First‑Class Customer Service: delight landlords and applicants alike with exceptional service
• Going the Extra Mile: provide personalised attention and manage applicant needs expertly
• Master of the Offer Process: take charge of managing the offer process from start to finish, ensuring smooth negotiations and successful outcomes
• Target Driven: set and surpass targets, leveraging a passion for delivering results
