We are looking for a

Logistics Improvement Manager

, who will be responsible for driving continuous improvement across all logistics processes, both internal and external, such as warehousing, materials flow, shipping, receiving, and internal distribution. This role applies Lean Thinking and Project Management methodologies to streamline operations, and improve service levels, while cultivating a culture of continuous improvement throughout the logistics organization mainly bot not only.

Logistics Process Mapping & Optimization:

Map and analyze logistics and warehouse processes (receiving, put‑away, picking, packing, shipping, replenishment, material flows). Lead Kaizen events aimed at improving Logistics departments effectiveness. Train logistics teams, but not only, on Lean principles and Project Management tool and techniques.

Continuous Improvement & Change Management:

Promote a continuous improvement mindset within the logistics team and the wider organization. Engage warehouse personnel, supervisors, and cross‑functional stakeholders to support change initiatives and actively participate in improvement projects.

Bachelor’s degree in engineering, Industrial Management, or related field. Experience in logistics, warehousing, or supply chain operations. Strong knowledge of Lean methodologies applied to logistics (5S, Kaizen, VSM, Kanban, Standard Work, Visual Management). capable of influencing teams and driving cultural change. Hands-on, practical approach with the ability to work on the warehouse floor and engage operational staff.

Lean Six Sigma Green Belt or equivalent certification. Knowledge of industrial engineering methods or time & motion studies.
