The Luxury Collection in Venice seeks a Night Manager to lead overnight operations, acting as the on-site manager in the absence of others and ensuring five-star service across departments. You’ll coordinate Front Desk, Concierge, Housekeeping, Security, Food & Beverage, and Maintenance to resolve guest needs and maintain safety.
You will supervise the night staff, conduct handovers, and ensure accurate night audits, cash handling, and regulatory compliance while upholding brand standards.
