Overview
You will provide field-based support for Stryker Joint Replacement products, including MAKO robotics, to ensure procedural excellence. Work closely with the local sales team to coordinate training and events while handling day-to-day business support to deliver exceptional service. The role spans theatre and clinical environments across North Italy, with substantial travel, and involves training, product trials, and inventory oversight. You will be part of a cross-functional team focused on customer success and clinical outcomes, within a leading medical technologies company.

Responsabilità
Support existing and new customers in theatre and clinical settings
Provide MAKO robotic and manual joint replacement procedure support
Deliver training on Stryker products to theatre and HCP staff
Collaborate with Regional Sales Manager and regional team to maintain best-in-class service
Audit theatre stock and manage consignment inventory
Understand clinical applications to offer optimal solutions
Conduct product trials and evaluations when required
Organize and conduct training workshops and events
Communicate product features and clinical applications
Maintain basic business plan with daily/weekly/monthly objectives
Develop understanding of local healthcare environment and regional strategy
Follow directions from Regional Sales Manager
Appear for on-site meetings and travel extensively
Demonstrate ethics and professional integrity
Identify customer needs and liaise with sales to introduce new products
Requisiti fondamentali
Bachelor’s degree in engineering, healthcare or related field
Minimum 3 years of healthcare experience
Native or C2 Italian and advanced English (C1)
Strong knowledge of the healthcare industry
Desirable: experience with implants, OR experience, tender experience in regulated environments
MBA or Master’s degree (preferred)
