In this field-based leadership role, you will drive regional growth for Stryker’s Trauma & Extremities business across North and Central Italy. You will lead a mixed direct and indirect sales organization, shaping strategy, forecasting, and talent development. You’ll build strong partnerships with hospitals and surgeons while navigating change in a dynamic healthcare market. This is a people-focused role that offers impact through cross-functional collaboration and a clear path to performance improvements and market expansion.

Responsabilità

  • Degree in Business, Engineering, Marketing, Life Sciences, or related field
  • Advanced English level (C1)
  • 7+ years of professional experience
  • 5+ years in commercial roles in sales/marketing
  • 3+ years of people management experience
  • Experience in operating room environments
  • Track record of achieving commercial targets
  • Experience in Medical Devices industry
  • Strong CRM and Microsoft Office proficiency
