We are seeking an experienced and detail-oriented Reservations Manager to lead the reservations team at our luxury 5-star hotel. In this role, you will ensure seamless, efficient, and personalized booking experiences for our discerning guests, maximizing occupancy and revenue while maintaining the highest standards of service. This is an opportunity to play a key role in shaping guest first impressions and driving the hotel’s commercial success.

Key Responsibilities

esLead, train, and motivate the reservations team to deliver exceptional service and achieve performance target

s.Oversee all guest reservations, including room bookings, modifications, and cancellations, ensuring accuracy and attention to detai

l.Manage room inventory, rates, and restrictions to optimize occupancy and revenue in line with the hotel’s strateg

y.Develop and maintain strong relationships with travel agents, corporate clients, and tour operator

s.Utilize the Property Management System (PMS) and other reservation tools to streamline operations and generate report

s.Handle VIP and complex reservations with discretion, professionalism, and a personalized approac

h.Collaborate with the Front Office, Sales, and Revenue Management teams to ensure cohesive and strategic decision-makin

g.Monitor and analyze reservation trends, guest feedback, and market data to identify opportunities for improvemen

t.Ensure compliance with hotel policies, brand standards, and rate agreement

s.Implement and maintain efficient processes for group bookings, events, and special request

s.Provide accurate and timely reporting on reservations, revenue, and forecastin

Candidate Profile

ileProven experience as a Reservations Manager, Senior Reservations Agent, or Revenue Manager in a luxury hotel or high‑end hospitality environme

nt.Strong leadership and team management skills, with a focus on staff development and performan

ce.In‑depth knowledge of Property Management Systems (PMS) and reservation softwa

re.Excellent communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skil

ls.Strong analytical and problem‑solving abilities, with a data‑driven approach to decision‑maki
