Experteer Overview In this role you will drive global sales development for Air-Conditioning and Commercial Refrigeration Controls, fueling profitable growth and a robust commercial pipeline across regions. You will define and execute a global strategy, align Sales, Product, Marketing and regional teams, and lead a matrix-driven organization. Expect leadership of a global team focused on pricing, launches, and capability building to optimize commercial performance. This is a high-impact role with a clear market-facing agenda and cross-functional impact.
