Customer Service Representative International EnvironmentLisbon, Portugal Full Relocation Bonus Included Key Responsibilities

As a Customer Service Representative, you will:

  • Handle inbound customer inquiries via phone, email, and/or chat
  • Provide accurate information and solutions in a timely, professional manner
  • Ensure a high level of customer satisfaction and service quality
  • Follow internal procedures, quality standards, and compliance guidelines
  • Document interactions and update customer records in internal systems
  • Collaborate with internal teams to resolve complex issues when required

Full Relocation Bonus

For candidates moving from outside of Continental Portugal:

  • Bureaucratic support to get the NIF and NISS
  • Assistance in finding a house according to the needs of the candidate
  • Relocation bonus of 2500€ (gross) paid with the first payroll cycle
  • €1500 Gross offered to support candidates within Portugal (within 100 Km of Lisbon or more)

Candidate Profile

We are looking for candidates who:

  • Native or fluent in one European language (French, German, Italian, Spanish, Dutch, Nordic languages, etc.)
  • Have basic to intermediate English skills (B1 or higher)

  • Are available to relocate to Lisbon for a minimum of 12 months

  • Are customer-oriented, reliable, and eager to learn

  • Are open to working in an international, structured environment

No previous customer service experience required — full training is provided.
