Junior Civil Structural Engineer

NEXTCHEM, a company of the MAIRE Group dedicated to Sustainable Technology Solutions, is seeking a dynamic and innovative Junior Civil Structural Engineer to join our team. The successful candidate will play a crucial role in the development and optimization of cutting‑edge technologies aimed at advancing the energy transition agenda.

The candidate will become part of the NX Engineering District of Catania, working on innovative and novel technologies to fully enable the energy transition.

• Guarantee the quality of the generated deliverables and their compliance with contractual and company standards, procedures and work instructions.
• Conduct technical training as per department needs and exchange experience with colleagues of the entire Tecnimont Group for new design techniques.
• Keep up to date on technical specific improvements of the discipline.
• Issue design calculation reports and specifications, check/prepare drawings and documents relevant to steelworks, reinforced concrete structures, and underground services, on the basis given by the Group Leader, in agreement with the Civil Project Leader.
• Check and prepare 3D models in Revit / Tekla Structures.

• University Degree in Civil Engineering.
• Fluency in English is a prerequisite.
• Willingness to travel.
