Experteer OverviewIn this role you lead the HR applications strategy and execution, ensuring available, secure HR systems that enable HR and IT to meet business goals. You manage a team, shape the HR applications roadmap, and partner with HR and IT to drive digitalization and innovation at scale. You will influence profitability and competitiveness through a robust, well‑governed HR tech portfolio. This is a cross‑functional, global position in a growth‑minded, people‑centred culture.ResponsibilitiesPartner with IT and HR to develop and execute the enterprise HR applications strategyDefine and communicate the technology vision and roadmap for the HR applications suiteEnsure project outcomes align with strategic business goals and enterprise standardsOversee HRMS lifecycle management including support, deployment, and maintenanceSupport HRIS selection and implementation initiatives and manage external MSPsLead HRMS vendor relationships and ensure security and change management policies are followedProvide training and documentation to the HR departmentRequired Qualifications5–10 years of experience in Human Resources Business ApplicationsExperience in managing HR systems and leading complex HR projects3+ years of SuccessFactors knowledgeProject management experience and/or certificationsITIL/ITSM certifications a plusLanguages: Italian and English (spoken and written)BenefitsPermanent employment contractBase salary with variable compensationFree canteenWell‑being program (DiaSorin for You)Supplementary pension fundSupplementary healthcare coverage #J-18808-Ljbffr
