In this role you will lead first‑time deployments of advanced automation across Amazon's fulfillment network, turning initial implementations into scalable procedures. You will coordinate cross‑functional teams, vendors, and site staff to deliver end‑to‑end deployments and document learnings for global rollouts. Bachelor's degree in engineering or related STEM field 3+ years leading automation deployment projects from planning through commissioning Hands‑on experience with robotics, material handling systems, or warehouse automation Proven track record creating technical documentation for field teams Strong stakeholder management and cross‑functional coordination abilities Written and verbal communication skills Willingness to travel up to 60% during EU deployment seasons Experience troubleshooting complex technical systems on‑site
