In this role you drive large-scale automation deployments within Amazon's SEU fulfilment network, aligning cross-site projects with business goals. You work closely with operations, construction, and vendors to launch automated buildings and expansions, delivering high-quality, on-time solutions. You’ll solve complex problems across multiple sites and technologies, influencing optimization and continuous improvement. Lead evaluation and delivery of large-scale automation technologies (conveyance, sortation, robotics) across multiple sites Coordinate cross-functional teams and external contractors to ensure project success Support the launch of new automated buildings and expansions in existing sites Evaluate and implement advanced material handling systems and robotic innovations Ensure deployments meet time, budget, and quality standards Provide guidance and troubleshooting for complex automation deployments Drive continuous improvement of deployment processes Collaborate with operations, construction, and vendor teams throughout the project lifecycle Responsabilità

Bachelor's degree in Engineering or related STEM field Extensive experience in project/program delivery or deployment execution Knowledge of automation technologies, material handling systems and robotics Strong problem-solving abilities Excellent written and verbal communication skills Ability to coordinate multiple stakeholders and manage competing priorities
