In this role you will drive deployment of large-scale automation and robotic solutions across Amazon fulfilment sites. You will coordinate cross-functional teams and external partners to deliver state-of-the-art material handling systems, ensuring timely, high-quality deployment at multiple sites. The position combines hands-on problem solving with strategic planning to scale automation across our network. You will work in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial environment, contributing to the expansion of our fulfilment capabilities and new automated buildings. Retribuzione / Benefits

Create, validate, and continuously improve deployment deliverables (e.g., Work Instructions, 3PA training) across multiple technologies for global scale. Evaluate and deliver large-scale automation tech including conveyance, sortation, and robotics across sites. Coordinate internal and external teams to ensure successful project delivery. Assess and implement advanced material handling and robotic innovations. Ensure deliverables meet timelines and Amazon quality standards. Provide guidance and troubleshooting for complex automation deployments. Drive ongoing process improvements for deployment efficiency. Collaborate with product, safety, deployment, quality and vendor teams throughout the project lifecycle. Responsabilità

Bachelor's degree Experience in planning, scheduling and auditing maintenance activities Experience with CMMS software Experience in project/program delivery or deployment execution Knowledge of automation technologies, material handling systems and robotics Strong problem-solving abilities Experience authoring technical documentation (work instructions or SOPs) for field execution Ability to manage external vendors and contractors Requisiti fondamentali
