Experteer Overview

In this role you help scale Amazon's fulfilment network by leading deployment of automated material handling and robotics across sites. You will coordinate cross‑functional teams and external partners to deliver state‑of‑the‑art systems on time and to quality standards. The role combines hands‑on problem solving with strategic project delivery in a fast‑paced, ownership‑driven environment. You will travel across Europe to support deployments and optimizations, shaping how we expand our automated facilities.

• Own deployment deliverables including Work Instructions and 3PA training across multiple technologies for global scale
• Support evaluation and delivery of large‑scale automation technologies (conveyance, sortation, robotics) across multiple sites
• Coordinate cross‑functional teams and external contractors for successful project delivery
• Evaluate and implement advanced material handling and robotic solutions
• Ensure deliverables meet timelines and Amazon quality standards
• Provide guidance and troubleshooting for complex automation deployments
• Drive continuous improvement of deployment processes
• Collaborate with product, safety, deployment, quality and vendor teams throughout the project lifecycle

Responsabilità

• Bachelor's degree
• Experience in planning, scheduling and auditing maintenance activities
• Experience with CMMS software
• Experience in project/program delivery or deployment execution
• Knowledge of automation technologies, material handling systems and robotics
• Strong problem‑solving abilities
• Experience authoring technical documentation (work instructions or SOPs) for field execution
