Junior Production Planning

Ensure finished goods or raw material availability on time and in compliance with demand requirements and optimal stock levels.

Guarantee the appropriate level of production saturation, the availability of the products reaching the target service level, obsolescence and inventory, directly managing critical products.

Monitor main KPIs implementing actions and countermeasures needed to reach the targets.

Key Duties and Responsibilities

  • Define production and replenishment plans in accordance with the demand ensuring availability of the materials needed.
  • Manage and monitor inventory levels and obsolescence risks in compliance with the Company’s service level and stock policy.
  • Monitor and prioritize activities and orders to reach maximum performance and minimum delay.
  • Prepare and submit status reports.
  • Collaborate with production sites, warehouses and other departments.

Education, Experience, and Qualifications

  • Degree in Management Engineering or related field. Previous experience as Production Planner is preferred.
  • 0-1 years experience in similar role.
  • Knowledge of Production Planning, material requirements principles, and Inventory Management. MS Office, in particular Excel; ERP System (SAP as a plus).
  • Excellent organizational, time management and problem‑solving skills, teamwork, communication abilities, details oriented and critical thinking.
  • Native Italian and fluent English.
