You are helping build what comes next.Why Join DiasorinBuild What MattersTake ownership, challenge the status quo, and contribute directly to solutions that improve patient care worldwide.Innovate with Agility at a Global ScaleWork in an entrepreneurial environment that enables speed, collaboration, and global impact.Grow in a People-Centered CultureThrive in a culture that values accountability, inclusion, and continuous development.Job ScopeDevelop and implement analytical and molecular methods, ensuring the delivery of required deliverables and documentation in compliance with project timelines, in collaboration with internal and external customers and suppliers.Key Duties and ResponsibilitiesAssay design, testing and data analysisReporting of experiments in the Laboratory Notebook and other proper documentation for Design ControlPreparation of technical reports and presentationsDefine and test new raw materials, product innovations and processesPerform activities in compliance with Quality Standard and Standard Operating Procedure requirementsEducation, Experience, and QualificationsMaster’s Degree Molecular Biology, Genetics, Chemistry, Biotechnology or equivalentAt least 3 years in molecular biology laboratories (microbiology preferred)Previous experience in IVD (In Vitro Diagnostics) environments and biotechnology industry preferredMolecular Product Development experience would be a distinct advantageDemonstrated experience in molecular biology (PCR, RT-PCR and Real-Time PCR preferred)Demonstrated ability on data handling and data analysisExperience using Microsoft Power Point, Word and ExcelExperience with statistic toolsAccuracyComprehension of technical issues in molecular assays and problem solvingDemonstrated ability to set up and optimize assaysAbility to multi-task effectivelyProblem-solving and decision-making capabilityWell-organized with ability to work well independently and as part of a teamHigh commitment, self-motivation and flexibilityProficiency in written and spoken Italian and EnglishDiasorin is committed to building a workplace where people feel empowered to contribute ideas, take ownership, and grow their careers.
