Experteer Overview As Raw Material Purchasing Coordinator you shape the sourcing strategy for accessories, yarns, leathers, and fabrics across RTW and Knitwear. You lead a team, drive cost‑aware decisions through data insights, and coordinate with internal teams and external suppliers. Your work supports timely, high‑quality material availability and strong supplier partnerships. This role offers meaningful impact in a luxury supply chain and collaboration with cross‑functional teams. Retribuzione / Benefits Lead price and term negotiations with global raw material suppliers (accessories, yarns, leathers, fabrics) Pursue rebates and discounts to maximize savings Validate prices and minimum order quantities Manage relationships with a global supplier network for RTW and Knitwear Share supplier insights with development teams and validate supplier performance Conduct supplier performance analysis and present KPI results Challenge delivery timelines and manage quality across suppliers and internal teams Interface with yarns and fabric production teams on complex quality issues Plan blind orders with Finished Product Planning and Merchandise teams Coordinate replenishment and production capacity with suppliers via meetings Perform MRP analysis to optimize stock levels Analyze stock and manage reuse initiatives/stock sales Create reports/presentations to support management decisions Support budget and forecast analyses for Controlling Lead and develop a high‑performing purchasing team Collaborate with Sustainability Department on LVMH analyses Participate in LVMH coordination meetings Responsabilità Degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, or related field Proven experience in raw material purchasing in luxury fashion or textiles Proven negotiation and supplier relationship management skills Strong analytical ability to interpret data and generate actionable insights Excellent leadership and team management capabilities Familiarity with MRP systems and inventory principles Knowledge of Power BI and data analysis/presentation tools Strong communication and interpersonal skills Fluency in English Ability to travel as required #J-18808-Ljbffr
