Experteer Overview

In this role you help deliver large-scale automation and robotics deployments across Amazon’s South Europe fulfilment network. You will lead cross-site projects, coordinate internal and external teams, and evaluate new material handling systems to support expansion. You’ll work in a fast-paced, ownership-driven environment focused on scalable automation solutions and continuous process improvement. This is a hands‑on engineering role with high visibility across operations and partners. Retribuzione / Benefits

Lead evaluation and delivery of large-scale automation technologies including conveyance, sortation and robotics systems across multiple sites Coordinate cross‑functional teams and external contractors to ensure successful project delivery Support the launch of new automated buildings and expansions in existing sites Evaluate and implement state‑of‑the‑art material handling systems and robotic innovations Ensure deployments are delivered on time, within budget, and to Amazon's quality standards Provide guidance and troubleshooting for complex automation deployments Drive continuous improvement initiatives to optimize deployment processes Collaborate with operations, construction, and vendor teams throughout the project lifecycle Responsabilità

Bachelor's degree in engineering or equivalent STEM field Experience in project/program delivery or deployment execution Knowledge of automation technologies, material handling systems and/or robotics Strong problem‑solving abilities Proficiency in English communication (written and verbal) Experience managing competing priorities across stakeholders Experience authoring technical documentation (WIs or SOPs) for field execution Requisiti fondamentali
