Customer Care Assistant (m/f/d)Main activities
You will be the point of contact for our key customers for any update concerning shipments. The main tasks you will perform are:
- Providing a customer experience in line with the company's standards
- Entering orders into the company's TMS and checking that the data in the system is up to date
- Booking loading and unloading slots
- Providing daily support to the Operations departments
- Working closely with the Sales organisation to manage key customers
- Analysing, reporting and monitoring KPIs
- Supporting the optimisation of customer service performance and procedures
Required profile

- Previous experience in the transport sector in a customer service role
- Order management skills
- Time management skills and affinity with deadlines
- Excelent interactions skills with customers and internal stakeholders
- Negotiation ability
- Ability to consistently manage multi-channel interactions
- Dynamic thinking and solution-oriented approach
- Good knowledge of MS Office, particularly Excel
- Knowledge of SGA TMS is an advantage
- Fluency in English and German
