Evotec in Verona seeks an experienced Supervisor – Early Pharmaceutics to lead formulation development activities, oversee laboratory operations, and mentor a growing team of scientists. You will manage day-to-day projects, support budgeting and forecasting, ensure SOPs and safety standards, and drive continuous improvement in processes and ways of working. Excellent English is essential; other languages are a plus. Target hire date: 1 October 2026.
