In this role you lead a regional Customer Service team within Workflow & IT Solutions in EMEA, driving end-to-end installation projects and a smooth Go-Live with no disruption to customer satisfaction. You will mentor specialists across hardware, workflow, and clinical IT domains, manage resources, and collaborate with sales and project teams to ensure successful outcomes. The role emphasizes process excellence, performance tracking, and knowledge sharing across regional and global teams. • Lead and develop a team of Specialists across Hardware, Application Workflow, and Clinical IT for seamless solution integration
• Plan resource allocation and manage workload for parallel installations and support
• Drive customer satisfaction through smooth installation and effective Go-Live
• Develop and maintain installation processes, documentation, and best practices
• Track performance metrics and implement continuous improvement initiatives
• Partner with Sales, Project Management, Local Service, and Local Application Specialists for project readiness
• Collaborate with regional and global teams to share knowledge, align on standards, and adopt new tools/technologies

Responsabilità

• 5+ years in solution delivery of Automation/IT services with experience leading complex, multicultural teams across EMEA
• Proven experience with complex installations (integrations, networking, security, data migration) and customer support operations
• Familiarity with security frameworks (ISO 27001) and GDPR data/privacy regulations
• Strong customer focus with excellent interpersonal and communication skills;
  ability to influence others
• High energy, adaptable, independent, capable of handling fast-moving environments and difficult situations
• Fluency in English and Italian;
  knowledge of additionalEMEA languages is a plus
