Production engineer

Production Engineer – Test Area Location: Alfa Laval San Bonifacio, Italia Responsibilities Support industrialization and improvement of testing technologies. Participate as a project team member in medium to large projects. Contribute to process improvement initiatives and support project execution. Qualifications Degree or diploma in technical or scientific subjects. 2–3 years of experience in manufacturing process improvement. Fluency in English (written and oral). Competencies Knowledge of Lean Six Sigma methodology (preferred). Proficiency with Microsoft Office, especially Excel. Strong teamwork skills, including cross‑functional collaboration. Proactive approach to problem solving and continuous improvement. Effective time management and prioritization. Capability to adapt to changing priorities and requirements. Compensation Base salary: 34,000 € gross per year, in accordance with the CCNL Metalmeccanico.
