As a Strategic HR Business Partner, you collaborate with the CFO and Commercial leadership to drive organisational transformation across Finance, Procurement, IT, and Commercial. You design future‑ready structures and people strategies that link to business performance and operational excellence. You will lead TOM and operating model changes, coach leadership teams, and use analytics to assess progress. This role sits at the heart of a high‑impact transformation, shaping a scalable and high‑performing global organisation.

Partner with senior leaders across Finance, Procurement, IT, and Commercial to shape people and business strategies
Lead organisational design and Target Operating Model initiatives for scalability and governance
Drive transformation programmes focusing on Procurement and IT operating model evolution
Develop workforce strategies for digital, analytics, finance, and strategic sourcing capabilities
Coach leaders and support organisational effectiveness and change management
Align talent, succession, learning, and reward with business priorities
Utilise data and workforce analytics to guide decisions and measure transformation success
Collaborate with HR Centres of Excellence to deliver integrated people solutions
Translate business priorities into practical people strategies and data‑driven guidance
Lead succession planning, leadership development, and long‑term workforce planning
Responsabilità
Progressive HR Business Partner experience in complex international organisations
Experience partnering with CFO organisations or enabling functions such as Finance, Procurement, or IT
Proven success in organisational design, operating models, and transformation programmes
Experience supporting finance, procurement, digital, or technology transformation initiatives
Strong commercial and financial acumen
Excellent stakeholder management with capability to influence senior executives
Experience in matrixed, global organisations
