As a Material Specialist of Vibo Packaging Line, you will be accountable to meet the targets on Inventory and OTD, driving an operating rhythm within the wider manufacturing organization, and interacting closely with Project Management, Planning, Operations, Fulfillment and Engineering teams for Auxiliaries Baseplates and Lube Oil Consoles.

Responsibilities
  • Developing and driving an Operating Rhythm within Vib Packaging Line covering the areas of responsibility: OTD and Inventory
  • Interacting with the Fulfillment Team to guarantee materials synchronization
  • Developing strong connections with Project Managers, Planners, Operations and Engineering to guarantee full alignment and cooperation on NCR resolution and OTD
  • Collaborating with Packaging Line colleagues in setting realistic and challenging operational goals, and contributing to their accomplishment
  • Clearly communicating targets and accomplishments within the Packaging Line organization
  • Ensuring that all the transactions will be executed in full compliance with the company rules
  • Owning relevant KPIs with special focus on:
    • OTD, VTC, VTS, VTF
    • Inventory
    • Short term outlook
  • Engaging the business leadership team to develop programs/processes and deliver enhanced productivity
  • Developing the talents of the team and promoting, either internally and within adjacent functions and departments, the culture of people growth and development
Qualifications
  • Have a Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering, Supply Chain Management or equivalent
  • Be a high‑energy, self‑motivated, confident contributor willing to take on responsibilities across functions and team boundaries
  • Be able to effectively prioritize and manage multiple tasks and priorities
  • Show excellent growth leadership skills, demonstrating a clear global perspective and understanding factors impacting BH IET
  • Have strong oral and written communication skills both in Italian and English
  • Be able to work and communicate within a global and fast‑paced environment
  • Have strong interpersonal and leadership skills
  • Display knowledge of Auxiliaries Baseplates and Lube Oil and their production processes/methods
