Archer IT Recruitment is based in Malta for more than 13 years, and looking for a driven and ambitious sales professional to join our expanding Business Development team. What You’ll Be Doing:

• Dive into the IT market, building expertise in a specialist area.
• Expand our network by growing existing accounts and securing new client relationships.
• Attend meetings with top decision-makers and build face-to-face client relationships.
• By the time you progress, negotiate deals, close opportunities, and provide top-tier account management.
• Become a trusted partner in the IT recruitment space while driving Archer’s growth.

What We’re Looking For:

• At least 1 year of B2B sales experience (service sales is a bonus!).
• A proven track record of meeting or exceeding targets.
• A bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.
• A driven, resilient, and career-focused individual with a hunger to grow.
• EU citizenship/passport
