We are looking for a senior professional who will act as a global reference point across brands and regions for Total Reward, Performance Management and related KPI and analytics, shaping scalable frameworks and governance.

This role sits at the intersection of strategy, data and culture, partnering closely with HR Leadership, HR Business Partners and business stakeholders to enable fair, transparent and performance‑driven people decisions worldwide.

Key Accountabilities The Global Total Reward & Performance Manager’s main responsibilities include:

Total Reward Management

Leading the annual design, implementation and governance of the Group Short-Term Incentive (STI) / MBO programs, ensuring alignment between business priorities, performance outcomes and individual contribution, while balancing global consistency and local relevance

Acting as functional owner of MBO and Performance Management modules within HRIS platforms, ensuring continuous monitoring and evolution based on effectiveness and business needs

Owning and evolving Long-Term Incentive (LTI) plans to support executive retention and long‑term value creation through robust governance, benchmarking and best‑practice design

Defining, harmonizing and evolving global reward and recognition policies, balancing competitiveness, internal equity and sustainability, and reinforcing an inclusive and performance‑oriented culture

Acting as Subject Matter Expert for the Group job architecture and job grading framework, including direct evaluation of senior and key roles, methodological guidance to HR teams across brands and regions, and continuous evolution of job architecture to enable clarity, mobility and transparency

Leading the cross‑functional Total Reward transformation related to the EU Pay Transparency Directive, including organizational design and job architecture optimization, gender pay gap analysis, benchmarking and remediation strategies, policy definition, compliance frameworks and internal communication initiatives

Overseeing global salary benchmarking activities and pay equity analyses to support informed decisions on salary reviews and reward positioning

Performance Management & Analytics

Acting as architect and guardian of the Group Performance Management framework, with accountability for annual cycle governance, timelines and continuous improvement driven by feedback, analytics and evolving ways of working

Supporting the definition, oversight and continuous improvement of a robust KPI and reporting framework covering performance and goal achievement, talent and succession, internal mobility and career progression, and workforce and reward effectiveness trends

Requirements

5+ years of experience in Total Reward, Performance Management and HR analytics, ideally in international and complex environments

Strong hands‑on experience with MBO, LTI, job grading, salary benchmarking and pay equity

Strong strategic mindset with the ability to turn data into strategic narratives and translate them into high impact initiatives

Solid experience working with HRIS platforms (preferably SAP SuccessFactors), with hands‑on exposure to Performance Management and Incentive (MBO) modules

Ability to lead global programs and projects within complex organizations

Confidence working in global, matrix organizations with diverse stakeholders

Excellent communication and influencing skills

Fluent English and Italian

Compensation & Level CCNL Textile Industry, Level 6°-7°

Salary range (gross annual): €55,000 – €65,000

Variable incentive plan: MBO

The final offer will be determined based on experience, skills, and level of responsibility. We are open to candidates with different levels of seniority.
