B2B Video Editor & Producer (Technical Presentations)
Scale the future of automated B2B sales presentations with a forward-thinking, VR-focused studio.
We are a specialized, VR-focused B2B strategy studio operating out of Bologna. We are currently sitting on a massive backlog of 90+ client presentations, with a projected pipeline of 300 to 500 videos over the next year.
To clear this backlog and help us scale, we are looking for an incredibly organized, tech-savvy Editor & Producer. These videos are highly targeted B2B sales presentations where our speakers explain complex machinery, sophisticated engineering, and dense technical use cases. Your role is to take ownership of the final assembly line, ensuring these complex concepts are visually digestible and the final videos are flawlessly executed.
Our Stance on AI
While our core DNA is in VR and strategic B2B communication, we are not afraid of AI. We don't view it as a gimmick;
we view it as a cruciallever for high-volume production. Our automated backend heavily utilizes AI to generate visual assets and concept art, and we expect you to leverage AI tools for post-production finishing touches (like perfect subtitles). You aren't here to prompt generators all day—you are here to use the assets our AI systems create to produce polished, high-converting technical videos at scale.
The Tech Stack & What We Provide
You won't be starting from scratch. You will have full access to our premium studio hardware and our tech stack. We provide the drive space, licenses, and raw materials.
Your Toolkit Includes:
- n8n Workflow Automation: Our powerful backend system that does the heavy lifting. It scripts, scrapes, and pre-compiles all core assets—including automatically generating the AI visual assets (via Veo, Midjourney, etc.) needed to illustrate complex machinery and technical B-roll.
- Finishing AI Suite: Access to tools like Veed.Io and ElevenLabs for post-production finishing touches, such as generating flawless subtitles or minor audio fixes.
- Proprietary HTML Video Player: A custom, AI-designed dual-video player that scales in real-time. This allows us to mix a direct-to-camera "talking head" presentation layered seamlessly over the dynamic, pre-generated background video.
- Master Assets: High-def concept art, standardized classical music scores, and predefined Premiere Pro templates/MOGRTs.
The Assembly Pipeline (Your Core Job)
For every presentation, our automated systems and studio sessions will generate a complete package of raw materials. Your job as Editor/Producer is to run this package through the final assembly pipeline.
- Asset Ingestion & Organization: Download and organize the provided package: the final script, pre-cut Premiere files (4K direct-to-camera proxies), pre-recorded screen captures, and the already-generated machinery B-roll.
- Technical Dual-Video Assembly: Format the assets to fit our proprietary HTML player. Your critical task is aligning the talking-head content with the background video. You must ensure that exactly when the speaker references an intricate technical use case, the corresponding pre-generated visual aids appear with perfect pacing. Apply simple parallax/Ken Burns effects to static concept art.
- Polishing & QC: Apply our standardized global color presets, auto-duck the audio to balance voice tracks with the classical score, and utilize AI tools to ensure all technical subtitles and captions are flawless and accurate.
- Pipeline Optimization: Continuously test the assembly workflow to make your steps faster. Your goal is to shrink the time it takes to produce a finished video (aiming for under 1.5 hours per assembly) without sacrificing the visual clarity of the technical subject matter.
Compensation Structure & Earning Potential
We operate on a flat pay-per-video model. Exact rates will be discussed during the interview based on your technical proficiency, but they are explicitly designed to reward speed and efficient pipeline management.
- High-Volume Guarantee: With an immediate 90-video backlog and a goal of 300+ annually, this provides a reliable, consistent earning opportunity that serves as a strong anchor client for your Partita IVA.
- Paid to Up-Skill: A skilled Editor/Producer can assemble these rapidly using our templates. We expect you to use your time margin to learn. We want you exploring new ways to optimize the timeline and automate your post-production steps. As you get faster, your effective hourly earning rate scales accordingly.
Extra Earning Opportunities (Bounties)
Once the core pipeline is running smoothly, we offer additional paid "bounties":
- Social Cut-Downs: Repurpose completed client videos into fast-paced, vertical (9:16) promotional clips or reaction reels highlighting specific machine features or technical specs.
- Custom R&D: If you discover a new script, macro, or automation tool that drastically improves our final assembly or subtitling workflow, we provide additional compensation for successfully integrating it.
Who You Are
- Highly Organized: You will manage a vast amount of files and drive space. Impeccable digital organization is mandatory.
- Technically Proficient: You are highly skilled in Adobe Premiere Pro (specifically proxies, MOGRTs, and scripting/macros) and understand basic audio mastering and color presets.
- A Detail-Oriented Aligner: You don't need to generate the base assets, but you have a producer's eye for ensuring that abstract or dense technical engineering concepts are clearly represented on screen exactly when the speaker mentions them.
- Tech-Forward: You embrace AI for what it is—a tool to help you edit faster and produce better subtitles, captions, and workflows.
- Independent Professional: You possess an active Partita IVA (Regime Forfettario preferred) and can invoice us as an independent contractor.
- Location: You are located in or can easily commute to our studio in Bologna.
