The Role

We are hiring a hands‑on Warehouse & Assembly Line Worker to support the production of GeniusIQ, our next‑generation sports tracking system. This is a practical, on‑site role combining warehouse management and device assembly. We are looking for someone reliable who can step in and support daily operations.

What You’ll Do

  • Receive deliveries and manage incoming goods from carriers
  • Organise warehouse stock and prepare components for assembly
  • Assemble GeniusIQ device enclosures using hand tools and screwdrivers
  • Follow written and verbal instructions to build products accurately and on time
  • Test and check finished units for quality and defects
  • Support inventory tracking and maintain a clean, safe workspace
  • Operate warehouse equipment including an electric forklift

What You’ll Bring

  • Confidence using basic hand tools
  • Experience in warehouse or assembly environments is preferred
  • Ability to handle physical work, including moving larger boxes
  • Attention to detail and ability to perform repetitive tasks accurately
  • Willingness to learn PCBA testing and programming activities (training provided)
  • Reliability and a strong sense of responsibility when handling valuable materials
  • Strong communication skills; fluency in Italian required. English level B1–B2 in reading and writing (speaking not essential). Driving license is beneficial but not required

Important Details

  • Part‑time (30 h per week), On‑site, Monday–Friday
  • 6‑month fixed‑term contract (possible extension for another 6 months)
