Warranty Assessor (German and Italian Speaker)

Warranty Assessor (German & Italian Speaker)

Responsibilities:

• Analyze and assess warranty claims submitted by authorized dealers.
• Approve or reject warranty claims in accordance with company policies and technical guidelines.
• Ensure adherence to quality standards, procedures, and warranty regulations.
• Verify compliance with Group directives and processes related to warranty management.
• Support dealers by providing guidance on warranty policies and claim requirements.
• Maintain accurate records and ensure timely processing of warranty cases.

Requirements:

• Passion for the automotive industry.
• Fluency in German, Italian and English.
• Ability to analyze technical documentation and warranty-related information.
• Familiarity with management systems and software applications.
• Strong attention to detail and analytical skills.
• Excellent problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
• Previous experience in warranty administration, claims assessment, or after-sales operations is considered a plus.

Contract Details:

• National Collective Labor Agreement (CCNL) for the Commerce sector, 4th or 5th level.
• Offered salary range: €25,000 - €28,000 gross annual salary, plus €5 per day in meal vouchers.
• Initial fixed-term contract lasting 6 to 12 months.
• Full-time position, 40 hours per week.
