A global engineering company is seeking an HSE Officer to implement and monitor health and safety systems. The role ensures compliance, conducts training, and manages incident investigations.

Key Responsibilities
- Implement and monitor HSE systems and procedures.
- Ensure compliance with applicable laws and regulations.
- Conduct safety training and awareness programmes.
- Manage incident investigations and reporting.
- Prepare and maintain HSE documentation and reports.
- Perform risk assessments for industrial and logistics sites.
- Promote sustainability initiatives and continuous improvement of HSE performance.
Additional Information
Manage and implement Environment/Health & Safety approaches, focusing on risk assessment, regulatory compliance, and sustainability initiatives for industrial and logistics sites.
Alfa Laval Monza is also looking for a Health Safety Specialist to manage risk assessments of customer and supplier sites (DUVRI) to authorize external activities.
