AWS is seeking an experienced Korean‑speaking Sales Specialist to lead the adoption of Amazon Connect, our Contact Center as a Service (CCaaS). The role focuses on building a healthy sales pipeline, driving revenue growth, and establishing AWS as the market leader in Korea.

Responsibilities
  • Build and manage a robust sales pipeline to drive revenue, adoption, and market penetration.
  • Lead a sales effort that involves teaming with Senior Enterprise Sales Representatives, Solutions Architects, partners, and engaging at the CxO level within large AWS accounts.
  • Develop and execute a sales plan to meet or exceed quarterly and annual revenue targets.
  • Maintain a robust sales pipeline and manage contract negotiations alongside the core sales organization.
  • Work with partners and OEMs to extend reach and drive adoption of AWS solutions.
  • Develop long‑term strategic relationships with key accounts and ensure customer satisfaction.
  • Think strategically and analytically about business, product, and technical challenges, building and conveying compelling value propositions.
  • Collaborate cross‑organizationally to build consensus and drive market share.
Qualifications
  • 7+ years of direct sales or business development experience in software, cloud, or SaaS markets selling to C‑level executives.
  • 10+ years of business development, partner development, sales or alliances management experience.
  • Proficient in Korean and English.
Preferred Qualifications
  • 5+ years of building profitable partner ecosystems.
  • Experience developing detailed go‑to‑market plans.
