CATERING & BOH SUPERINTENDENT $136000 - $180,000 Euros plus 5% bonus monthly housing stipend and car allowance on top.

Position Summar yReporting directly to the Site Team Manager-Newbuild and Commissioning, Superintend serve sas a key Owner’s Representative within the Newbuild organization, responsible for overseein gand monitoring shipyard execution, subcontractor performance, and supplier deliverable srelated to outfitting, back-of-house (BOH), and associated vessel installations throughout th eyacht construction lifecycle .This role is responsible for ensuring all assigned systems, equipment, and installations ar eexecuted in accordance with the Shipbuilding Contract, approved technical specifications ,classification requirements, regulatory standards, quality expectations, and project deliver ymilestones. Acting as an extension of the Owner’s Newbuild organization, the Inspecto rprovides technical oversight, operational guidance, quality assurance, and proactive issu eresolution to support timely vessel delivery, commissioning activities, and operationa lreadiness .The position requires extensive cruise and yacht newbuild experience, with strong technica lknowledge across marine outfitting, safety systems, shipboard operations, and constructio nmethodologies. The Inspector will work collaboratively with the shipyard, architects ,consultants, classification societies, suppliers, operational stakeholders, and cross-functiona lproject teams to support successful execution of the project from design review through fina ldelivery and commissioning .This role plays a critical function in strengthening shipyard accountability, enforcing contractua land quality standards, supporting integrated commissioning efforts, minimizing delivery risk ,and ensuring the vessel is delivered in alignment with Owner expectations, operationa lrequirements, and premium luxury brand standards

. This position is located onsite at the Shipyards, you will be required to walk extensively, lift up to 20KG, climb scaffolding & ladders and work in a construction zon

Key Responsibilit iesNewbuild Oversight & Execut ion•Provide on-site Owner representation and technical oversight for all assigned outfitting, BOH systems throughout construction, testing, commissioning, and delivery phas es.•Monitor shipyard progress, workmanship quality, installation sequencing, and contractor performance to ensure compliance with contractual obligations, approved drawings, technical specifications, and project schedul es.•Support enforcement of quality assurance and quality control standards across all assigned scopes of wo rk.•Identify construction, installation, operational, and delivery risks proactively and collaborate with project stakeholders to develop timely corrective actions and mitigation pla ns.•Ensure all deliverables support operational readiness, guest experience expectations, crew functionality, safety compliance, and premium yacht standar ds.•Support integrated commissioning activities and ensure systems transition effectiv elyfrom construction through operational acceptan

Provide solut ionswhich will benefit the primarily the project, the O wner•Coordinate troubleshooting and corrective act ions•Support the technical definition and the installation on board of the Owner supplied sys tems•Assist for structuring the Inventory control system software (Catering and technical equipment function hierarchy, parts, and planned maintenance routi nes)•Review and verify crew circulation routes, food flow logistics, waste handling flow, service efficiency, accessibility for maintenance and clea ning•Ensure spaces are practical for real operational use and not only compliant on draw ings•Attend FATs and outside the Yard project activi ties•Attend Harbor Acceptance Tests (HAT) and Sea Tr ials•Verify system performance vs. design parame ters•Verify Hygiene standards, finishing quality, equipment alignment, proper drainage slopes, accessibility, equipment protection during construc tion•Identify construction, installation, operational, and delivery risks proactively and collaborate with project stakeholders to develop timely corrective actions and mitigation pl ans.•Ensure all deliverables support operational readiness, guest experience expectations, crew functionality, safety compliance, and premium yacht standa rds.•Support integrated commissioning activities and ensure systems transition effectively from construction through operational accepta
