To support our continued growth, we are looking for an Assistant Luxury Experience Designer to join our fast-paced, international, and newly established office in Chiasso.
You Will
Manage and coordinate luxury travel requests from A to Z, taking full ownership and reporting directly to the Team Leader
Oversee complete itineraries, including ground operations, hotels, villas, logistics, and exclusive experiences across Italy and Switzerland
Communicate daily with luxury suppliers, travel agencies, and international experienced advisors
Design and deliver tailor-made itineraries and proposals for elite clientele
Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with suppliers and clients to ensure total satisfaction and repeat business
Use BeConcierge CRM to create, manage, and track bookings and performance
Apply strategic sales techniques to close deals, optimize margins, and exceed performance objectives
Collaborate closely with the team to resolve client requests and challenges efficiently, discreetly, and at the highest service standards
Gather, analyze, and report client feedback to continuously elevate service quality
Lead, guide, and supervise assistant bookers, supporting their development and performance
You Are
Fluent in English; additional languages are a strong advantage
Highly passionate about luxury travel, lifestyle, and premium service delivery
Proven experience in the travel or hospitality industry, ideally within: travel agencies or tour operators, concierge companies or luxury hotels, wedding or event planning, family offices or luxury sales environments
Based in or around Chiasso (this is a fully in-office position)
Highly detail-oriented and able to perform under pressure in a fast-paced environment
Confident with pricing, costing, and financial calculations
Proactive, polished, and strongly client-focused
Motivated, reliable, and comfortable taking ownership in a high-performance environment
