As a Business Development Executive at Fresha, you will drive new business in a fast-paced, autonomous setting. You’ll engage decision-makers, present Fresha’s solutions, and manage the full sales cycle to close partnerships that enhance the platform’s ecosystem. You’ll collaborate with cross‑functional teams to ensure a seamless partner experience and contribute to Fresha’s growth across Europe. This role offers meaningful impact by expanding the partner network and delivering value to beauty and wellness businesses.

  • Meet and exceed sales targets through proactive outreach and prospecting
  • Reach out to key decision‑makers via phone, email, and social channels with in‑person meetings as appropriate
  • Present, promote and sell Fresha products and services through product demos to partners
  • Manage the full sales process from prospecting to close
  • Analyze partner needs and align Fresha solutions with business objectives
  • Collaborate with other departments to ensure a smooth partner experience
  • Provide market feedback and observe industry trends
  • Follow up on qualified inbound leads and document outcomes in the CRM
  • Serve as a primary contact for partners on commercial activities

Responsabilità

  • Minimum 1 year of solid B2B sales experience with a track record of success
  • Industry experience in SaaS, online marketplaces, or payment platforms is highly desirable
  • Strong relationship‑building capabilities as a hunter
  • Organised with ability to multitask and prioritise
  • Curiosity and willingness to grow and develop
