Experteer Overview

In this role you will drive new business in Europe for Fresha’s beauty and wellness marketplace. You’ll work within the Commercial team to convert prospects through outreach, product demos, and end-to-end sales cycles. You will partner with various departments to deliver a seamless partner experience and stay ahead of market trends. This is a fast-paced, autonomous role with a clear growth trajectory and a strong impact on Fresha’s expansion mission.

  • Meet sales targets (KPIs) and drive revenue growth
  • Prospect and engage key decision-makers via phone, email and social touches, including in-person meetings when needed
  • Present and sell Fresha products/services through demos to partners
  • Manage the full sales cycle from prospecting to close
  • Perform cost-benefit and needs analyses with partners to align Fresha solutions with their objectives
  • Collaborate with other departments to ensure a seamless partner experience
  • Provide market feedback and insight on industry trends
  • Contact 100% of qualified inbound leads promptly and document outcomes in the CRM
  • Act as the primary commercial contact for partners on all activities

Responsabilità

  • Minimum 1 year of solid B2B sales experience
  • Background in SaaS, online marketplaces, or payment platforms is highly desirable
  • Strong hunter mindset and relationship-building ability
  • Organised with the ability to multitask and manage time effectively
  • Curious with a desire to grow and develop
  • Bi-lingual (English and another language) is a plus
  • Beauty & Wellness industry experience is a plus
