Il Valutatore di performance è un professionista che si occupa di progettare, implementare e monitorare sistemi di misurazione della performance organizzativa. Lavora in collaborazione con team di direzione, risorse umane e controllo di gestione per definire KPI coerenti con obiettivi strategici e per garantire la qualità dei dati utilizzati nelle valutazioni.
