Contract Manager and Outsourcing Process Lead- IET Engineering Operations

In this role you will oversee contract governance and outsourcing processes within the IET Engineering Operations, ensuring compliance with Long Term Agreements and SSA requirements. You will coordinate volumes with suppliers, monitor capacity and KPIs, and drive improvements across engineering and supplier workflows. You will lead operating rhythms, support senior management governance, and ensure tools and processes meet user needs. This position offers a chance to shape efficiency and risk management in energy technology at scale. Responsibilities

Oversee contract management activities to ensure SSA‑aligned contract execution Coordinate volume allocation with selected suppliers per Long Term Agreements Monitor supplier capacity and risk mitigation actions Track KPIs defined in the Long‑Term Agreement and drive improvement actions Lead operating rhythms within Engineering and with suppliers Support contract governance activities at senior management level per SSA Manage outsourcing processes and tools and drive continuous improvements Ensure accurate use of BH tools and processes for Engineering outsourcing and verify internal tools meet user requirements Qualifications

Bachelor degree in any related field Master’s degree in Finance or STEM with relevant knowledge (technical/legal/commercial) Strong problem identification and solution skills Proven analytical and organizational ability Excellent oral and written communication; strong interpersonal and leadership skills Ability to influence others and lead small teams; coordinate multiple projects Benefits
