Overview Global Process Lead (S/4 Hana) Extended Warehouse Management (m/f/d) role at Mitsubishi Chemical Europe. About the role: Recently we have undertaken an initiative to implement SAP S/4 HANA and define one set of business processes for global operations. The goal of the project (Mone-G) is to bring one common template; standardized end-to-end processes; one ERP system and standardized data across the enterprise. Your responsibilities: Provide business process knowledge for Extended Warehouse Management to the Mone-G project across all businesses in all regions Review and approve business requirements and input to the future-state design Assist in the development of functional requirements, the establishment of master data, definition of conversion requirements, development and execution of test scripts, and development of training materials across all regions and businesses Assist in the delivery of organizational and operational readiness activities such as business process walkthroughs, training delivery, and post-implementation (on-site) support Communicate information and feedback between the project and the business Your skills and experience: Strong knowledge of Extended Warehouse Management processes, ideally in a manufacturing environment Experience as an IT project manager, ERP functional consultant or similar role related to technology implementations to support business processes ERP System expertise including technical architecture, data models and configuration (preferably SAP)Ability to communicate and influence effectively at all levels of the organization in English, further languages are appreciated We are committed to creating an inclusive and diverse environment and aim for the wellbeing of people and the planet – KAITEKI.
