We are looking for a committed and reliable personality to join our Finance department at our office in Milan as an Accounting Specialist (F/M/D).
Objectives
Wolford subsidiaries accurate and timely book keeping;
Monthly closing, balance sheet reconciliation, GL booking, Payroll booking, AP booking, intercompany reconciliation;
Preparation of individual and consolidated financial statements;
Independent handling of tax issues with support of external consultant;
Improvement of processes.
Main Tasks
Assistance in the preparation of the financial statements of the subsidiaries according to local GAAP;
Monthly closing and reconciliations;
Interdepartmental cooperation as well as with external authorities and tax consultants;
Ad hoc request for the Group finance department.
Your Profile
Degree in Economy;
At least 4 years of professional experience as accountant in multinational companies;
Communication and flexibility are among your strengths;
Accuracy and reliability;
Positive attitude and flexibility;
High degree of professionalism in communication, attitude and teamwork with customers, peers and management;
Advanced proficiency working with computers (Excel & Power Point must);
Fluent in English and Italian. French or any other European language would be considered as a plus;
Immediate availability would be a plus.
