The Company Unison is a telecom and renewables investment vehicle firm. Unison commenced operation in 2003 and today invests in carrier-tenant facilities in the United States and Europe including towers, tower sites and fiber-based infrastructure, enterprise data centers and wind and solar renewables host properties.

The Job

General support of our Italian Counsel and European GC

Managing the closing process from start to finish

Liaising with brokers, and occasionally with Site Owners

Working with our Origination team to progress transactions

Assisting with legal due diligence (leases; title)

Management and organization of all documentation on SharePoint and other internal systems

Assisting with notarial deeds, helping to oversee the legal and notary process from start to finish

Coordinating signing appointments

Managing and overseeing the payment process at all closings

Weekly coordination meetings, update trackers

Multi-tasking and prioritizing work assignments to consistently provide high-quality work product within stated deadlines.
