ADP is hiring a Vice President of Sales Italy.

Responsibilities

  • Grow ADP's Business While Growing Your Team's: work with your teams to attain or exceed 100% of assigned sales quota within the required product mix, drive consistent Breadth of Participation across your leaders and Sales Associates, prepare a business plan to identify how the area/regions will achieve the assigned sales goals and work closely with direct reports to implement the business plan, follow the area's net sales expense (NSE), direct and indirect selling and set‑up expense budget objectives.
  • Grow Your People: provide coaching, counseling, and direction to direct reports to ensure their continued professional growth and development; manage the implementation and proper execution of Career Development and succession plans, obtain from sales management written action plans to improve performance of sales personnel who are under desired quota levels, be responsible for human resource management activities for your area such as staffing levels, employee retention, employee relations, performance management plans, communication channels, and assist in recruiting, selection, and promotion.
  • Collaborate: work closely with other functional areas to ensure smooth implementation of sales.
  • Report and Help to Improve: deliver monthly reporting in the designated format set by the Divisional Vice President of Sales, establish accurate forecasting for current month, quarter and rest of the year, review Corporate lead generating activities within the UK region, provide feedback, results, suggestions to the Division Vice President, Sales, and provide input to Sales Operations and other groups to address issues and recommend solutions.

Required Qualifications

  • Proven track record of sales experience, specifically working with large, multi‑national organizations.
  • Substantial senior sales management experience leading a team or teams of front‑line leaders, with a proven ability to manage a large sales team.
  • Recognized as an individual with outstanding leadership skills, professionalism, and business planning capability.
  • Partnered with General Management and Operations to achieve sales, revenue, profit, and client retention objectives.
  • Fluent Italian and English language skills.
  • Currently based in Italy with full right to work, and driving licence.

  • Understanding of all ADP product capabilities.
