• Analyzing production data to monitor service usage and adherence to agreed roadmaps, proactively identifying behaviours not aligned with expectations and potential opportunities for expansion.
• Ensuring continuous alignment with active clients, reference markets and internal stakeholders, gathering and translating feedback into functional requirements and product enhancements.
• Driving the ongoing evolution of the analytical component, monitoring competitors to ensure an innovative yet sustainable approach over time.
• Supporting pre‑sales activities, managing all analytics‑related aspects such as RFP/RFI responses, contributions to contract drafting, and participation in pre‑sales meetings.

• Degree in scientific (engineering, statistics, mathematics, physics, …) or economic subjects or equivalent professional experience.
• At least 3‑5 years of professional experience in consulting and/or analytics roles.
• Proven expertise in developing credit risk assessment models (PD) and in understanding the processes in which such models are embedded; this competency is essential to position the service effectively.
• Strong interest in continuous innovation, with the ability to propose methodological solutions that enhance efficiency, scalability and long‑term sustainability of the product.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills, including in cross‑functional contexts.
• Good organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
• Knowledge of the Italian language at a mother‑tongue level.
• Excellent knowledge of the English language.
• Knowledge of French is considered a plus.

The position is based at Bologna or CRIF Campus, Via Ca' Masino 611.
